Basin connects with Documentero to turn form submissions into ready-to-use documents without manual work. When a new form entry is received in Basin, the data can be sent directly into Documentero templates to produce PDFs, Word files, or spreadsheets. This makes it easy to generate contracts, reports, or records right from the information people submit online.

  2. Add Basin to the zap and choose one of the triggers (Watch New Submissions). Connect your account and configure the trigger.
  3. Sign up to Documentero (or sign in). In Account Settings, copy your API key and create your first document template.
  4. In Zapier: Add Documentero as the next step and connect it using your API key.
  5. In your zap, configure Documentero by selecting the Generate Document action, picking your template, and mapping fields from the Basin trigger.
  6. Test your zap and turn it on.
