DigiSign can connect with Documentero to automate the flow of signed documents. When an envelope is completed or its status changes in DigiSign, Documentero can generate custom .docx, .pdf, or .xlsx files based on predefined templates. This makes it easy to create finalized agreements, reports, or records immediately after signatures are collected. The integration works through API or Make, giving teams flexibility in how they set up their workflows.

Make

Make Tutorial: Integrate DigiSign with Documentero

  1. Create a new scenario in Make.
  2. Add DigiSign to the scenario and choose one of the triggers (Watch Completed Envelopes, Watch Events). Connect your account and configure the trigger.
  3. Sign up to Documentero (or sign in). In Account Settings, copy your API key and create your first document template.
  4. In Make: Add Documentero as the next step and connect it using your API key.
  5. In your scenario, configure Documentero by selecting the Generate Document action, picking your template, and mapping fields from the DigiSign trigger.
  6. Run or schedule your scenario and verify the output.
