Welcome to Documentero, a Cloud SaaS service for Document Generation & Automation. Before using our services, please carefully read and understand the following Terms of Service.
By accessing or using Documentero, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
Documentero provides users with the capability to generate Word, PDF, and Excel documents from custom templates using API, Shareable Forms, or Spreadsheets. The service integrates with various Apps using platforms such as Zapier, Make, n8n, Integrately, or Pabbly.
Documentero offers a free tier that includes the generation of the first 50 documents and the creation of the first 3 document templates. Beyond this limit, users are required to select one of our paid packages in either monthly or yearly subscriptions. Each package differs in the number of generated documents (per month or per year) and the number of active document templates.
If the allocated document generation limit is reached, further document generation is not possible until the next payment cycle or an account upgrade.
Payments for Documentero services are processed by our official reseller, Paddle Inc. Subscriptions may be paid by credit card, PayPal, or Google Pay. Following each payment, a bill/receipt will be sent to the email address provided during subscription creation. All subscription fees recur automatically until canceled.
You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account or contacting us using the contact information provided below. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term. No prorated refunds are provided for partial months unless required by law.
You may be required to register with the Site. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By registering, you represent that you meet this age requirement (or have parental consent where applicable).
The Site is not tailored to comply with industry-specific regulations (e.g., HIPAA, FISMA). If your use of the Service would be subject to such laws, you may not use this Site.

You may also terminate your account at any time by ceasing use of the Service. Provisions relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and governing law survive termination.
We will maintain certain data that you transmit to the Service for the purpose of managing its performance. Although we perform routine backups, you are solely responsible for all content you upload or create. You retain ownership of your templates and generated documents. By uploading data, you grant Documentero a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service. You agree that we have no liability to you for any loss or corruption of data, and you waive any claims against us for such loss.
Documentero offers a refund policy. Users may request a refund within 14 days of the initial purchase only if less than 20% of the document generations allotted in the current subscription cycle have been utilized. Refund requests must be submitted to support@documentero.com. Refunds are available only for the current ongoing subscription and not for past cycles.
